Why are we much cheaper than the high street agents?

We have much lower overheads costs and our ‘High Street window’ is Rightmove.  With our ‘work from home’ agents we are able to offer full agency services at a much reduced cost.  We fit in-between the High Street agents with their huge overheads and the online agents who may not have the local knowledge and person touch that we can offer.

High street agents say they have buyers ready and waiting?

With the introduction of the internet portals like Rightmove, buyers no longer register with an agent and wait for the right property, they go online and search for whatever is available and will call the marketing agent. Motivated buyers will be on line daily and have email/text alerts set up so that as soon as your property is listed they have that information immediately. Buyers no longer sit on an agents register and wait for a house to come on.

What motivates us to sell your home?

Over 80% of our business is from recommendation and it is essential that we sell properties in order to continue to grow our business.

Our branches are paid on results and do not have large salaried members of staff. We are motivated to prove that you do not have to pay a high fee to receive good levels of service and sell your property.

How soon will my property be marketed?

Your property will be listed on the market usually within 24 hours of our visit to sign contracts.

What are our opening times?

7 days of the week from 9am to 10pm.

How long is our sole agency period?

Because we understand that until you have used the services of an Estate Agent you have no ‘bench mark’ as to how they perform, we therefore have a flexible sole agency with no fixed tie in period. We believe, if you are tied to an agent for on average 12 to 16 weeks and they underperform, unfortunately you are ‘stuck’ with them. This is another way we can confirm to you that we will offer the best service possible by giving you a short ‘opt out’ period.

Are there any hidden charges?
